We are looking for a Head Chef!
The candidate will be in charge of all activities related to the kitchen, which includes creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ordering stock and equipment, plating design, and ensuring the quality of the meals served in the restaurant.
- The place primarily focuses on drinks and cocktails
- Complementary cuisine is Asian cuisine, with smaller portions to share, such as sushi, rolls, and dumplings.
- The place is open 5 days a week and only in the evening.
Qualifications
- highly motivated, creative mind, out-of-the-box thinking
- international experience in a similar position
- experience with Asian and Vietnamese
- experience with Western cuisine is an advantage.
- experience with openings
- managing of a smaller team
- work permit within EU countries
- English language
- Czech is an advantage
