Director of Finance

Position scope:
Processes reporting and budgeting activities, supporting management team on tax and accounting
matters and overviewing the owners interest in the company’s assets and operations
Main duties:
 Managing outsourced accounting department to control all is booked correctly and on time
 Reconciliation of accounting
 Costs center allocation management for costs and revenues
 Monthly reporting with all companies within the group
 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual
performance compared to budget or business plans
 Conduct internal audit reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
 Execution of payments after reconciliation of order forms and invoices matching
 Manage receivables collection
 Liaise with auditors
 Liaise with Financial authorities
 IFRS and audit preparation with external partners
