We are hiring HR recruitment assistant to our new office in Prague 1.
Main Duties and responsibilities are to assist general manager with sourcing staff and job applicants with particular responsibilities for the administration of staff employment processes and recruitment and selection.
Recruitment and participation on sourcing profile and presenting their profiles.
- To advise manager on recruitment materials including job descriptions, person specifications and draft advertisements for vacancies.
- To liaise with marketing stategy in order to place recruitment advertisements, once vacancies have been approved.
- To enter accurate data about vacant and new data into our CRM debaras super cool system.
- To advertise vacant posts by uploading job advertisements and job details onto job vacancies website and social media like Facebook and Instagram and to ensure that the website is maintained and updated.
- To be responsible for recruitment administration, including sending out of interview and other standard recruitment correspondence.
- To ensure that the appropriate DBS process is completed for staff and applicants who are required to be DBS checked and fullfiled their profiles.
- To deliver short sessions demonstrating our App super cool system to clients.
