5* fine dining hotel in the centre of Prague is looking for a Chef de Partie. 

Help the restaurant to achieve the Michelin star once again!

Job description:

The Chef de Partie plays an integral role in the kitchen team. You will Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management. You will be reporting to the Executive Chef. You must display creativity and flair and the ability to provide guidance to others, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years cooking experience in fine dining environment.
  • Responsibility for work results
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian cuisine in particular) - a strong asset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Flexibility - ability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts etc.
  • Must have EU work authorization.
